RETURN POLICY

Exchange conditions:
Goods can be exchanged within 03 days from the date the customer receives the product
The product is still in its original condition, with the box, the label of May Silk
Product must be unused, unwashed, not soiled or damaged
Products must be returned with a purchase invoice
The policy only applies to full price products, not to discounted products
Exchange policy applies 1time/1bill
Original price products will be exchanged for other full price products in stock.
Products can only be exchanged once. Shipping costs incurred when exchanging goods are borne by the customer
PAYMENT POLICY

Customers are entitled to return products in case of errors arising from May Silk
Errors from the Manufacturer such as: The product is torn, the seam is faulty, the embroidery or drawing is not correct compared to the model ordered by the customer.
May Silk is responsible for the shipping costs for returns due to Manufacturer’s fault
Return conditions
The customer returns the product within 01 day from the date of receipt of the product.

In case the customer pays in advance, May Silk is responsible for refunding the customer within 2 to 3 working days.
